At ZAIVIO LLC, we take pride in offering powerful decentralized infrastructure through our Zaivio Cloud Nodes Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. All purchases, subscriptions, and fees associated with Zaivio Cloud Nodes are final and non-refundable.

1. No Refunds
All Zaivio Cloud Node services are provided “as is” and without warranty beyond those expressly stated in our Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to or purchasing access to Zaivio Cloud Nodes via ZaivioNodes.com, you acknowledge and agree that:
• All payments are final.
• No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
• User dissatisfaction
• Misunderstanding of service scope or features
• Unused time on a subscription
• Account suspension or termination due to violation of the Terms and Conditions
• Changes to technology, network conditions, or infrastructure availability

2. Subscription Responsibility
It is your responsibility to:
• Review all service descriptions and documentation before subscribing.
• Understand that node services are software-based and do not guarantee any specific outcome, performance level, or earnings.
• Cancel future subscriptions before the renewal date if you no longer wish to continue.

3. Exceptions
There are no exceptions to this policy. Refund requests will not be reviewed, processed, or granted under any circumstances. If you are unsure whether Zaivio Cloud Nodes is right for you, we recommend not proceeding with a subscription until you have evaluated all available information.
