These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zaivio.com (the “Site”), operated by Zaivio (“Zaivio,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site or any services offered through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. About Zaivio

 

Zaivio provides access to a suite of AI-powered tools designed to help individuals and businesses generate content, insights, strategies, and other forms of informational output based on user-provided inputs.

 

These tools are not a substitute for legal, financial, medical, or professional advice. All outputs should be considered informational in nature, and we strongly recommend consulting with qualified professionals for any critical or high-stakes decisions.

 

2. User Responsibilities

 

By using Zaivio, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and lawful input data

• Use the tools only for lawful purposes

• Accept full responsibility for any actions taken based on tool outputs

 

You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating the AI-generated results before relying on them. Zaivio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any output for your particular situation.

 

3. No Guarantees or Warranties

 

All services and outputs on Zaivio.com are provided “as is” and “as available.”

 

We do not guarantee:

• That the results will meet your expectations

• That outputs will be free from errors or inaccuracies

• That the services will be uninterrupted or secure

 

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

 

4. Intellectual Property

 

All software, content, branding, and functionality on Zaivio.com is the property of Zaivio LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the platform or content without written permission.

 

You retain ownership of your original input data. AI-generated outputs are considered derivative works that you are free to use, but Zaivio retains the right to improve, train, and refine its models using anonymized input data to improve service quality.

 

5. Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Zaivio is not liable for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential—arising from your use of the platform, reliance on any results, or inability to access services.

 

6. Suspension and Termination

 

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to Zaivio.com, any related services, or your account if we determine that you are violating these Terms, misusing the platform, engaging in prohibited conduct, or creating legal, operational, reputational, or financial risk to Zaivio or its users.

 

This right expressly includes the ability to suspend, revoke, or permanently terminate your access to Sentinel Nodes, Node licenses, rewards programs, or related benefits, even if such Nodes or licenses were previously paid for. Sentinel Nodes are licensed access rights, not owned assets, and continued participation is conditioned on ongoing compliance with these Terms and all applicable policies.


If we determine that your actions are harmful to the company, the ecosystem, other users, or the integrity of the platform, we may, at our discretion and without obligation to compensate, freeze, reduce, confiscate, or permanently forfeit all or part of your ZVIO token holdings, accrued rewards, Nodes, or related benefits associated with your account.
 

Termination or suspension may occur immediately, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the conduct. Any such action does not waive Zaivio’s right to pursue additional remedies available under law or equity.

By accessing or using Zaivio.com, creating or maintaining an account, or participating in any Zaivio services, programs, or features, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any suspension, termination, or enforcement actions described herein.

 

7. Gifts and Staking Requirements

 

From time to time, Zaivio may grant users discretionary token-based gifts, incentives, or allocations, including but not limited to distributions associated with the Zaivio Flag Fund or similar programs (collectively, “Gifts”).

 

By accepting any such Gift, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Certain Gifts are conditioned on participation in designated staking, holding, lockup, or ecosystem support requirements, as determined by Zaivio at its sole discretion

  • Failure to comply with the applicable staking or participation requirements may result in the revocation, recall, or reclamation of the Gift, in whole or in part

  • Gifts are not guaranteed compensation, income, or vested assets, and do not confer ownership rights unless and until all associated conditions are satisfied

  • You assume full responsibility for understanding and complying with the requirements associated with any Gift you accept

 

Zaivio reserves the right to monitor compliance, enforce participation requirements, and take corrective action if conditions are not met. Corrective action may include revoking access, reversing allocations, reclaiming distributed tokens, or applying other remedies deemed necessary to protect the integrity of the ecosystem.

Zaivio has manual and automated processes in place to stake tokens on behalf of a member, consolidate stakes, and execute long term staking on behalf of members. These actions can and will be taken with accounts that have been gifted tokens and/or nodes.

 

Acceptance of any Gift constitutes acknowledgment that the Gift carries responsibility, conditions, and obligations, and that Zaivio retains full authority to enforce those conditions in accordance with these Terms.

Users who do not wish to comply with the token/node staking and lock up requirements may be required to forfeit their gifted holdings.

8. Payment and Access

 

Some services on Zaivio.com may require payment. By purchasing any paid service, you agree to the listed pricing and billing terms. For information on refunds, please refer to our Refund Policy.

 

9. Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, in Denton County, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes must be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in that region.

 

10. Changes to These Terms

 

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
